Select Your Hall Of Fame Inductees for the chance to win VIP tickets to The West Australian Racing Industry Hall Of Fame Gala Induction Ceremony!

  1. Eligible participants in the promotion agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this document ('Terms and Conditions').
  2. The promoter is: Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) 14 Hasler Road Osborne Park, Western Australia, 6017 ABN 21 347 055 603.
  3. Your Inductees competition operates during the promotional period from 10:00am AWST Tuesday 27July 2010 and closes 00:01am Friday 12 November 2010.
  4. To be eligible for entry, participants must select at least one Inductee (animal or person in any code) who will be inducted into The West Australian Racing Industry Hall Of Fame by Selection Panel.
  5. Entries will only be collected online at http://www.waracinghalloffame.com.au
  6. Entrants must also fill out all of the indicated mandatory contact details on the entry form.
  7. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entry and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who manipulates the entry process or supplies invalid information that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  9. Entrants become eligible to win two VIP tickets to The West Australian Racing Industry Hall Of Fame Gala Induction Ceremony on 25 November 2010 at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre valued at over $500.
  10. The prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for the cash value of the prize. The promoter is not responsible for any error, omission or failure to deliver agreed goods or services provided by suppliers or contractors.
  11. The eligible entrant chosen as the winner must provide proof of identity.
  12. The promoters accept no responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the competition or the competition prize, either during or after the competition.
  13. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. Employees and immediate families of the promoter and its agencies and suppliers and contractors to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  15. For the purpose of this promotion, immediate families is defined as Mother, Father, sister, brother, spouse (including de facto), offspring, living in the same premises as those nominated in condition 18.
  16. The account holder must be a resident of Australia to be eligible to receive the prize.
  17. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be photographed and have their name and images used by the promoter for promotional purposes without payment.
  18. The promoter will collect your name and contact details in order to include you in this promotion. Entry constitutes entrants' consent to receive promotional emails and SMS promoting Racing and Wagering Western Australia and TAB marketing offers and information.   19. Entrants into this promotion must be 18 years of age or older.
  20. The prize draw will take place on Racing Radio (1206AM metro area) on Tuesday, 16 November 2010 at 8:05am. Additionally, the name of the Winner will be published on www.waracinghalloffame.com.au the same day and in the TABForm on Wednesday, 17 November 2010.The Winner will be contacted by phone on the draw date.
